Gastronomic proposal

The gastronomic proposal of Zentro Eco Gourmet rediscovers the variety of flavors of the Ecuadorian biodiverse land, creating alternative proposals, with natural ingredients and vegetarian options. We use organic and agroecological products from small, local farmers.

About the menu

Our menu priorizes for ingredients native to Ecuador, integral and natural. Agroecological Cuisine means rediscovering forgotten ingredients. Like the Tumbes Bean, a millenial food from the  Ecuadorian coast, considered a superfood for its extraordinary nutritional properties. Don’t miss our Tumbes bean burger.

Zentro’s  menu features Quinua Quinoto, a delicious and healthy variant of Risoto, to the gastronomic repertoire of Guayaquil. There is vegetarian Yapingacho, integral pesto spaghetti, totally vegan, or shrimp. Integral rice with vegetables sautéed in coconut oil, leafy salads in organic vegetables and desserts without dairy or gluten.

This menu also introduces the use of lentil sprouts, live foods that directly impact on vitality; medicines that nature gives us and that until recently was not known about its enormous benefits. Finally, this menu also has the use of fermented. The probiotics contained in foods favor digestion and the correct balance of the organism.
